Are you trying to lose those dreaded extra pounds beforesummer?  I’ve researched the topic manytimes, “How to lose weight fast,” and the only method that was obtainable and healthy in my opinion was to start eating healthy foods and ONLY healthy foods to get back in shape for summer.  Nowremember, you can lose a noticeable amount of weight on this diet, however, Rome was not built in aday kids, so have patience and stick with it. 

We all know that summer time is right around the corner andit can sometimes be daunting thinking about how we currently look and how wewish we looked.  However, I hope that theadvice and tips that I give you will push you on your way to success,especially in the weight category.  Althoughyou will lose 10 pounds at minimum if you listen to these simple steps, youmust maintain lifestyle change in order to keep seeing results.  My hopes for you is that you find that yourenergy levels soar as did my own when I tried this lifestyle change, and evenmore importantly, I hope that you stick with it for the rest of your life.

Here are the tips to lose 10 pounds in 10 days!


  1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.  Drinking water is not only good for you, by cutting out all other drinks such as juices, pops and alcohol, you are giving your body what it naturally needs to hydrate itself.  By drinking enough water you are not only going to feel fuller for longer, you will also detoxify your body in the process.  So drink up!  Tip:  Bring a water bottle with you wherever you go.
  2. No processed food. Period.  If it comes in a box, wrapper, or has a bow on it, I don’t care, don’t eat it.  Think of it this way, if a man in a lab coat created something in a laboratory, then it’s probably not meant for us to consume.  By removing all processed junk food and other foods from your diet you will feel energized and alive.  Cut out processed food and you’ll be amazed at how quickly you’ll see results.  Tip:  Prepare your food before work and always carry healthy snacks like nuts, veggies and fruits in your purse or bag.
  3. Do not eat sugar.  Please don’t be confused by this, you may eat all the fruits you like because that sugar is natural and is GOOD for you!  But don’t get caught up in manufactured sugars.  Sugar is in my opinion a drug, if and when you decide to take this challenge, you will go through withdrawals, some of us will have worse withdrawals than others, but they do not last so fight through it!  I promise you that if you cut out all processed sugars, you will lose weight!  That’s a promise!

That’s it folks, so if you can eat organic, healthy foodsfor 10 days without any sugar, no cheating allowed, you will lose 10 pounds in10 days.  I did it and I know you cantoo.  Put your mind to it and do it.  Stop making excuses, no more I’ll starttomorrow, start today!
